Southern Man Distressed Leather Guitar Strap
The Southern Man leather guitar strap is a 1 1/2" hand-scraped, relic-finished strap built for electric and acoustic guitars.
It is distressed by hand in our Los Angeles studio before it ships, so it arrives with the worn-in character most straps take years to earn.

Broken In Before It Ships
Most leather straps arrive stiff. You spend the first months working them soft before they sit right.
The Relic Collection skips that. Every Southern Man is scraped and distressed by hand before it leaves the studio.
It plays broken in from the first set, and because the finish is done by hand, no two come out exactly alike.
At 1 1/2" it stays balanced on the instrument, wide enough to carry weight comfortably without overwhelming a smaller-bodied guitar.

Which size should I choose?
The three sizes overlap. Measure a strap you already play with and match the length. If you fall between two sizes, the larger one gives you more room to adjust down.
Will the leather be stiff at first?
No. The leather is scraped and distressed by hand before it leaves the studio, which is the point of the Relic Collection. It plays broken in from the first set.
Is it suitable for acoustic guitar?
Yes. The Southern Man is played on both electric and acoustic guitars.
Does it work with strap locks?
Yes. Select Yes under Strap Lock Compatible and the holes are punched before the strap ships.
