Everything here at Red Monkey is hand-built to order right here in our Los Angeles studio.  We pride ourselves in producing the best quality leather products that money can buy.  

It is for this reason that we do not accept returns. 

If you're not 100% satisfied with your product, simply send it back to us for an exchange or shop credit.  Items must be in new condition.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, and items must be returned in new, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we made an error with your order, we'll cover return shipping. Custom and personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
